Filter Press Dewatering System

  • Filter press is the solid liquid separation system.
  • 1st process is that the sludges are fed into in the chamber of filter plate by using the high pressure pump.
  • 2nd process is the squeezing, de-caking and washing.
  • Finally, dewatered cake is produced.

 

Common Specification

  • Reduction of operation cost by automatic unmanned system.
  • Squeezing dewatering by using the high pressure pump.
  • Possibility to product the low water content sludge by secondary squeezing pressure(7∼20kgf/cm2).
  • De-caking by the automatic filter plate shifter.
  • High pr. washing equipment of filter media.

탈수원리

  • 열원으로부터 케이크 층에 전도열 인가
  • 탈수 케이크 층내 모세관에 부착되어 있는 잔류 여액을 내부 증발압력으로 배출
  • 외부가압력(공급압+압착압) + 내부가압력(여액증발압)
  • 케이크층에 열인가는 케이크의 비저힝성 감소시켜 탈수율을 향상시킴

 

장치특성

  • Filtration Velocity(Capacity)는 원 슬러지의 유기물 함량과 관련이 있음
  • Heat Source는 Steam와 Hot Water 모두 이용 가능
  • 여액을 Hot Water로 재이용 가능
  • 동절기 슬러지(유기물 함량 : 40 wt%)의 경우에도 함수율이 50wt%인 저함수율 탈수 케이크 생산가능
  • 케이크의 최고 상승온도 : 70℃
  • 케이크 박리 상태 양호

1 PLATE SHIFTING SYSTEM
(여판이송장치)
여과판을 이송하기 위한 이송블록이 모터에 의한 체인 정역구동으로 고장의 위험이 없으며, 과부하 검출장치가 부착되어 여과판 손잡이 파손 및 협착사고를 방지함으로써 높은 안전성을 보유하고 있습니다.
또한 순차방식에 의한 여과판의 이송은 1장부터 5장까지 탈수기의 사양에 따라 다양하게 선택이 가능합니다.
2 CLOTH VIBRATOR
(여포진동장치)
여과포를 여과판 상부에 장착된 여포걸이장치에 설치하여 공기압에 의한 햄머의 수직력과 스프링에 의한 복원력에 의해 여과포를 10회 정도 진동시킴으로써 점성이 높은 케이크도 완전박리가 가능하여 여과포의 탈수효율을 극대화합니다.
3 CLOTH WASHING UNIT
(여포세정장치)
특수체인에 의한 수직 2단축 삽입식 구동으로 낮은 층고에서도 여과포 의 세정이 가능하며, 세정시 비산되는 오염원으로 부터 안전한 밀폐형 구조를 채택하고 있습니다.
또한 과부하 검출장치가 부착되어 여과포의 손상을 방지함으로써 높은 운전효율을 유지합니다.

SEQUENCE OF OPERATION

1. PREPERATION

Filter Plate Is Closed By Operation Of Hydraulic Pump, Moving Loose Head.
Drip Pan Is Closed.
The Other Condition Is Prepared.

2. FILTERATION

Liquids And Solids In Slurry Are Seperated And Dewatered By Slurry Feed Pump Pressure.
Finish Of This Sequence Is Controlled By Timer Etc.

3. CAKE WASH

The Purpose Of Cake Wash Is Either To Replace The Remaining Liquid In The Cake By An Alternative Liquid Or To Reduce The Concentration Of Soluble Chemicals Inside The Particles That Form The Cake.

4. SQUEEZE

Using Memerane Filter Plate With Diaphram, The Cake Is Dewatered After Filteration.
Generally, Squeezing Media Is Used Air Or Water.

5. BLOW(VENT)

Compressed Air Is Used To Remove Remaining Water From Pores Of Cake.
The Vent Of Squeeze Media Is Accomplished After Blow.

6. CAKE DISCHARGE

Drip Pan Is Open Or Belt Conveyor Is Operated.
Loose Head Is Open.
Plate Shifter Operates And Moves Filter Plate One By One.
Simultaneously, Vibrator Is Operated Several Times To Remove Remaining Cake On Cloth.
Plate Shifter Is Installed Overload Protection Device.

7. CLOTH WASH

This Sequence Is Operated Per Cycle Or Several Cycles By Program.
Using High Pressure Water And Nozzle, Wash Filter Cloth Automatically.
Driving Unit Is Watertighted, Installed Special Chain And Has Overload Protection Unit.

8. FINISH OF CYCLE

The Cycle Is Finished, And The Sequence Is Returned No.1 Sequence(Preperation) Automatically By Program.
Loose Head Is Closed In Order To Press Filter Plate.
Drip Pan Is Closed.
